Death becomes her
The smell of Arum lilies, damp leafs and decaying stone.
Soft moonlight on white hair and dead skin.
A fine evening...

Interesting composition.Great line work on her flesh. I would have spent a touch more time to darken in the black spaces of the coffin, like under her right fingertips. Maybe put a touch more depth into her hair and face?? I hope you don't mind me saying.

Hey!
Thanx!
The lighter place under the fingers is not dark, to have more depth.
It should not be black completely.
On the hair and the face maybe a bit more highlighting could be done.
In my defense, it is a sketchbook piece, made traveling around (this one was done in the train and in a pub). :D

... I love this piece... it incorporates darkness and peace at the same time... calm but horrific.... not many pieces like it...

Hey!
Thanx a lot!
It is indeed what I was aiming for; peace, tranquility and a darker atmosphere in one.
Glad you like it!
